    in all honesty, and i say this with no bull, insofar as connection is concerned, wala akong problema sa PLDT DSL ko as i have been a subscriber since it began in the early 2000s. my only cause of concern is ang mga pagnanakaw ng mga lecheng kable na yan sa lugar namin! as regards technical concerns, siguro so-so lang pero product i’m using now is just great. di pa nagkakaproblema, kaso ang mahal. thinking of going lower to qik and i hope di nila ako sablayin as what others are saying.

    Bakit ganyan ang PLDT? They are the largest telephone company right? I purchased my PLDT WeRoam last July 01, hanggang ngayon, di ko pa rin magamit, wala pang 5minutes, putol na.. Tapos sabi nila sa location ng lugar ko, malakas daw, pag-uwi ko sa bahay, ni hindi umabot sa 1kbps and speed.. Napuputol pa! After nila mambola para lang makabenta, ito ang igaganti nila? Tatawag ka sa hotline nila, di ka rin naman matutulungan, pinag-papasapasahan lang.. Or iba yung sinasabi sa hotline dun sa business office nila.. This is not good! Gusto lang nila kumita, walang after sales service!!

    PLDT IS SUPER SLOW WHEN IT COMES TO INSTALLING THE LINES. I TRULY HATE THEM. DESPITE THE MONEY THEY ARE GETTING FROM US CUSTOMERS, THEY CAN’T IMPROVE ON THIS. I’VE BEEN WAITING FOR MY DSL FOR 2 MONTHS NOW. MY CALL CENTER ALREADY OPERATIONAL BUT WE’RE LEASING SEATS IN ANOTHER CALL CENTER COZ PLDT CAN’T FULFILL THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN.

    SHAPE UP COZ YOU TRULY SUCK PLDT.

    PLDT is the best! 99% of the customers are greatly satisfied according to the latest survey conducted by NAPOCOR.

    @surf: Ganun nga sila; ako rin problema ‘yang billing statements, hindi na nila ipinapadala nung bandang huli. Hindi sila ang naghahatid yata, tayo yata talaga ang kailangan sumundo sa sariling billing statements natin.

    Do yourself a favor and shun PLdt or face eternal damnation. once you subscribe titiisin mo sila for the remainder of the contract unless gusto mo magbayad ng disconnection fee.

    maayos ang globe sa amin. may problema pa rin ba sa PLDT DSL kahit highest connection na? kahit yung business na 3.5k per month?

    I called pldc este pldt today, I’m really having a freaking headache today about my internet connection why?
    The problem is this we have a Call of Duty 4 dedicated server in Singapore, and guess what my latency/ping is freaking 290….
    Well I had a same problems before like that and complained about it, they did something but no enough. My connection is just a plan 1299 which is 512kbps (before) but 768kbps (now, upgrade daw!). when I was still 512 I would get as low as 70ms-90ms(max) ping in our server but now I am getting a minimum of 110ms for my ping. Check my team mates and they are all pldt. I asked my team mate about his connection Plan 990 (384kbps) and what does the ping says? 80ms…. What the hell!! Yoh! I have a better plan than yours why is your ping so freaking low?
    I only have a single pc connection, windows 7 is the OS. I’m using a C2Q processor and don’t tell me how to maintain a pc I know how to. I called now because I’m getting a shitty 290ms ping and my friend is getting 80ms. I’m from Obando bulacan and my friend is from manila and when I asked the support from pldt what seems to be the problem he replied ” sa server po and problem, dami po kc nakaconnect”….. *big sweat* , anu kinalaman ng server namin sa connection ko ngaun… It’s obvious that the problem is not out server since my friend is currently playing in our paid server in singapore. Plan (990) = 80ms ping/latency ; Plan (1299) = 290ms ping/latency, compare that. Thinking they increased the download speed but made the latency no better that the previous one…. When I told that to the person in pldt he changed his answer and said “sir sa dinadaanan po yan na linya ng dsl nyo, madami po siguro nakaconnect”. Then I said “eh dati di naman ganto eh, siguro nilipat nyo yung connection ko sa port na clogged noh? para bumagal!” Then he cannot say anything and just said “sir after this conversation I line test na po agad yung linya nyo”.I also asked ” sa tingin mo san problem ngaun? Di ba dapat since same ISP lang naman eh dapat equal?”

    IF ONLY ISPs IN THE PHILIPPINES ARE GOOD IN SERVICE NOT ONLY IN MONEY MAKING! come to say “They are wise but they are IDIOTS”

    I WANT TO ASK THOSE PLDT Call Center Tech Support Personnels, DO YOU REALLY UNDERSTAND HOW WAN,LAN etc works??

    Tatlo lang kasi ang lineman ng PLDT for the whole philippines kaya ganun 2 months na ko naghihintay ng replacement modem ko pero wala pa din. Very incompetent ang PLDT. Its probably because the company is run by retarded neanderthals. Grabe ang hirap paniwalaan na 2 months na mahigit and hindi nila maaksyonan, customer service says nothing but they will follow up. I hope their inferior service will cause their demise one day.

    same problem, pldt sucks! 6k a month, pero everyweek nag iintermetent connection ako at malala disconnected talaga!!!, PLDT ang papatay sa negosyo ko!! yung mga technical nila, RECORDED na yung mga isinasagot nila! hayup talaga!!

    PLDT DSL SUCKS….,bagal…wla net loko loko ung download speed pag minsan 42kbps tapos biglang bababa ng 2000b ,1000b hangang 0b na bangasan q tuloy ung modem
