Hi david and ken, guys yung n7105 nyo san nyo nabili sa mall or sa globe din? I just had mine but ang binigay nila sa akin is the n7100 but they said its lte ready pero alam ko naman nde, i need help and ur opinion ibabalik ko nalang sa globe to phone or have it replace with an n7105 meron kaya sila

iVe just realized that my iphone 5 model A4128 (located at the back of the iphone 5 and not at “About” option) does not support LTE for Globe (but it does on Smart,ive heard). This is usually the case for those who bought their Iphone 5 units in the US. The Iphone 5 model that supports Philippine band is A4129. Thanks so much for the assistance Jon. I really appreciate it. I guess I just have to suffice with 3G or EDGE then :-(

Hi iya. Make sure that LTE is turned on in settings, general, cellular. Try to toggle airplane mode too. If all else fails go to a globe center and ask for a new nano sim that is LTE ready. I assure you. Once the sim is replaced with a new one your iphone5 will obtain LTE signal. I had the same issue you were having until i had my sim replace. Need assistance please:

Details:
iPhone 5 with IOS 6.1.2
Globe Telecom
LTE-activated nano-sim card (twice replaced yet both sim cards are LTE-activated as per Globe hotline agent)
In an LTE-activated area (proven kc a family member has an LTE signal on his iphone 5 yet i dont)
Did basic troubleshooting: restart network settings, soft reboot, manually change signal to Globe —- did this over and over yet no improvement.

My problem is obvious — still no LTE signal. I asked the hotline agent if it’s possible that my unit is defective — said it’s impossible. Any assitance with my issue will be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Parehas tayo ng problem sir. yung Unlidata plan ng wife ko sa iphone5 nya try ko gamitin sa N7105 ko. pwede calls and text kaso wala data. tumawag ako sa globe and sabi sa akin is yung plan is for iPhone 5 LTE lang daw. and wala pa daw sila LTE enabled microsim.

Hi, hope someone can help me:

I have a N7105 note 2 LTE. I have an unli data plan from globe and just today asked for a LTE nano sim which I inserted into a nano sim adaptor for my LTE note2. PRoblem is it says there is no service and wont detect the sim card, but I can send and receive calls and texts (even though is says no service). however, I can’t go into the network settings because it says I need to insert a sim first.

Has Anyone else tried using a nano sim adaptor to use on their non iphone LTE phone?

sumasakit ang ulo ko sau dave paulit ulit ka. Walang kinalaman ang size ng sim card sa network na kayang isupport nito dahil magkaibang bagay ang LTE network at sim card. Walang LTE capability ang 4/4S dahil hinde siya ginawa para sa LTE network.

No bec the iPhone 4/4S does not have the hardware to support LTE.
