In addition to the postpaid plans we’ve previously reported, Globe Telecoms has announced the Galaxy Forever Plan which entitles subscribers to a new flagship Galaxy smartphone every year without having to finish the usual 24-month lock-in period.
In a nutshell, Globe’s new Galaxy Forever Plan is somewhat similar to their existing iPhone Forever Plan wherein these special postpaid plans only lasts for 12 months. After the contract period has lapsed consumers can choose to renew their service and either trade in their old handsets for a smaller cash-out or pay the full one-time fee.
Here’s the breakdown of the Galaxy Forever Plans and their respective inclusions:
Galaxy Forever Plan 1599:
Samsung Galaxy S5 (Php16,800 cash-out)
1.5GB GoSURF consumable data plan
Free 6 months Spotify Premium
Unlimited Calls & SMS to one Globe/TM number of your choice
Free Call and SMS to all networks
Monthly consumable (TBC)
Galaxy Forever Plan 1999:
Samsung Galaxy S5 (Php14,800 cash-out)
3GB GoSURF consumable data plan
Free 6 months Spotify Premium
Unlimited Calls & SMS to Globe/TM numbers or
Free SMS to all networks
Monthly consumable (TBC)
Galaxy Forever Plan 2499:
Samsung Galaxy S5 (Php12,800 cash-out)
5GB GoSURF consumable data plan
Free 6 months Spotify Premium
Unlimited Calls & SMS to Globe Mobile/Landline numbers
Unlimited SMS to all networks
Monthly consumable (TBC)
Assuming that Globe is still following the same allocations they have with the iPhone Forever Plan, the monthly consumable for the Galaxy Forever Plan 1599 and 1999 is Php601, while the Galaxy Forever Plan has Php101. We’ll have to confirm this, and we’ll get back with you once we hear from Globe.
Consumers can sign up for the Galaxy Forever Plan starting today until July 31, 2014. For more information about Globe’s Galaxy S5 offers, you can call their hotline at 730-1010 or check out their website at http://www.globe.com.ph/galaxy-forever-plan

Hanggang kelan po ang promo na to? Thanks in advance.
Not right now suncell.
We keep kung ano pinag usapan at no changes sa terms and conditions unless upgrade ka ulit.

@smart you’re failing to realize na the plan allows the sub to return his S5 in exchange for the next flagship phone after 12 months.
Sun and Globe rules Postpaid! Hahaha
Yun bang galaxy forever 1599 kasama na ung cashout? Or magbabayad ka ng 1599 every moth plus ung cashout pa?
I think the Plan 1599 is Free Calls OR Free Text sounds more feasible, pero hindi both.
Mukhang malabo yang “Free Call and SMS to all networks” sa Plan 1599 nila.
No bullshit and we keep our promise
kelan labas ng z2?
Hopefully, may Galaxy Forever Plan din sila once the Note 4 comes out later this year. :)
They should rename it to “Bloatware Forever Plan”.
Yung avatar mo, hugis etits kasama betlog.
@Azardo Talodo: Ngayon mo lang na-pansin? Inggit ka, bro? :)
Siyete pulgada? Ano ka kabayo?
parang nakakaumay. hehe
Pwede ba dyan sa Forever plan yung Samsung Galaxy Note 3? Thanks in advance.
