Smart has just introduced their pocket WiFi plan of their LTE service. The postpaid plan is available for just Php1,749 a month with a one-time fee of Php2,000 for the WiFi device.

The pocket WiFi (from Huawei) supports up to 5 devices and connects to Smart’s LTE network when available. The promised speed is up to 42Mbps.

The initial cash outlay is Php2,000 for the device and the Php1,749 for the MSF (total of Php3,749). The postpaid plan has monthly bandwidth cap of 10GB. The WiFi offering is also available at Plan 3500 with 21GB bandwidth cap. Extra bandwidth is charged at Php450 per 1GB.
