Inq7.net sells text links at Php50k a pop.

I was surprised to see Inq7.net using AdBrite to auction off text link ads on its main site.

I quickly checked the Adbrite page and found out that Inq7 only signed up with AdBrite last March but has already filled up 5 spots worth $950 each.

Adbrite

That’s about Php50,000 a pop! *phew*

The ads appear on the bottom righthand side of the page. Low visibility.

Zero PR juice, too, since the links pass through adbrite and don’t point directly to your URL. Perhaps Adbrite wants to track the stats?

The Adbrite INQ7 page (link in above post) shows an average total clicks of “less than 1”.

It would be interesting to actually test it, though. :-)
