The Internet is a Series of Tubes

We’ve been hearing a lot of discussions about Net Neutrality in the past couple of months. I wasn’t particularly interested in the subject thinking that such issues only concern the United States and legislations surrounding the issue.

So now we know why Philippine politicians will not blog — because the Internet is not a bug truck; it’s a series of tubes.
