Acer unveils a wallet-friendly 7-incher

There aren’t a lot of tablets that are being showcased in this year’s CES. Acer sees this as an opportunity to take the spotlight (or at least some of it) and point it towards their affordable creation, the Iconia Tab B1-A71.

If not for the company’s logo on the top of the tablet (when held vertically), Acer’s new 7-inch tablet can easily be mistaken for an average generic slate because of its modest specs. This includes a 1.2GHz dual-core processor made by MediaTek which is paired with 512MB RAM.

The Iconia Tab B1-A71 will feature an expandable 8GB internal storage and will run on Android Jelly bean (4.1.x) out of the box. Although the availability date remains to be announced, this meagerly spec’d tablet is said to retail for under USD150 according to Acer.

There’s ppl here that can’t even get a serving of rice for crying-out-loud. Don’t believe me? They come begging every other day. An inexpensive Tab is a welcome. Geez.
