I know this since I’ve been using a bluetooth headset and I’m not seeing drastic difference in battery life as compared to when I use a wired headset.

If I understood correctly you need to keep your iPhone’s bluetooth on all the time to get any action from this. I don’t see any use for this aside from the novelty factor.

That’s just me though.

Perhaps if they made the iPhone’s battery a whole lot better, in which as of now is mediocre at best.
