How the KeyMission 360 captures images around it is via the lens that are located on opposite sides of the device. The image sensor, together with the company’s algorithm, stitches them together to produce ultra-high-definition photos and videos.

With the rugged action cam’s full specifications still unpublished, Nikon gave a quick rundown of its key features:

  • 360-degree photos and videos
  • 4K video recording
  • Waterproof up to 100 feet
  • Resistance against dust, shock, and low temperatures
  • Electronic Vibration Reduction to reduce camera shakes
  • Bluetooth/Wi-Fi/NFC enabled
