Ampota! Amd is better than intel? Andaming Factors dapat, i-consider or reconsider (sa kaso mo). Unang una yung core architecture ng bawat cpu manafacturer. Like ngayon, FX series vs Core series.
Lol!

The architecture is x86, so hindi impossible ang Linux install.

Sana huwag gayahin yung release date dati para sa PS4 (which is 4 years after the us release)

Sir, ask ko lang po regarding sa online shopping particularly from US Online Stores like Best Buy, mas makakamura po ba ako pag magpapaship ako thru GCASH AMEX or sa local grey market stores nalang? Thanks

    • Avatar for Abe Olandres Abe Olandres says:

My problem is kapag yung unit eh faulty? Have you experienced something like this when buying from US?

    • Avatar for Mark Mark says:

And, how about the shipping period? Ilang araw niyo po natanggap yung mga products niyo after buying it?

AMD?!? I’ve already had 2 burned AMD CPUs (1 laptop 1 desktop) in the past. Expect a lot of YLODs for this model.

Uhm, baka naman AMD Duron / Thunderbird yan from the 90’s lol

Kung MODERNO ang laptop / desktop mo may thermal shutdown yan when it hits a specific core temp…so ‘frying’ it is nearly impossible

One more thing, hindi naman siguro tanga ang SONY para kumontrata sila ng unreliable chip/graphics maker no? otherwise sila din ang masisira sa customers.

    • Avatar for Adrian Adrian says:

agree ako kay zalzal on this matter, at baka na rin sa maintenance mo ng unit mo kaya nasunugan ka ng processors :)

AMD’s been battling with Intel since day 1 matagal na sana silang nabaon sa hukay kung unreliable ang technology nila :)

    • Avatar for Justin Justin says:

Tama ka dun, bro. To be specific, Thunderbird nga yung isang chip na nasunog sa akin. However, right after that, I went on to use a Pentium II chip. Can you explain to me why I never had any problems with my Intel chip given the same usage patterns?

You’re saying new tech now prevents chips from being fried. Fine. I believe you. But that was not my experience during my AMD days.

As for your “hindi naman siguro tanga ang SONY para kumontrata sila ng unreliable chip/graphics maker” comment, this remains to be seen. Malalaman lang natin ang totoo once these units are released to the consumers and stress-tested.

Since the inception of Athlon64, na-improve na yung heat dissipation ng AMD cpus, I am an AMD fanboy myself and I have yet to experience a major breakdown, heck I can even overclock it using the stock fan without any hiccups (My aged Athlon 2 X2 went as high as 3.8ghz using just the stock fan (3.0 ghz stock) … Battlefield pa at Crysis yung madalas kong laruin noon

So to dispel the myth…AMD’s are as reliable as iNtel.

    • Avatar for wew wew says:

    • Avatar for Rachel Rachel says:

Uhh.. I don’t see anything wrong there. Either I’m missing something here or sadyang bobo ka lang. (:
