Hi!

Why did the Convergys Cebu City hire Olga (my interviewer) who happened to be very strict but not a good speaker in english. She is annoying during interview. She keeps interrupting when the interviewee is answering. That is indeed the common complain of the interviewees.
She does not have even an “AMERICAN ACCENT” that she is talking. She says that a call center agent should have an AMERICAN ACCENT.
Well…I was just the only one who passed the examination out of 7 applicants. Isn’t it great.

OLGA has no substance as an agent, supervisor, nor as a Human Resource.

i have tried appltying for convergys and was able to make it till the examination stage, unfortunately I failed on the last stage (ordinates). They called me after a month asking if I’m still interested but I decline coz I jst accepted another offer. Now I realize that I want a call center job. Can you help me? Thanks.

hi! i know that Convergys does not have a foreign language program. but would you know what a good rate is for call centers when you are taking on a foreign language (i.e. french, spanish, german) call center post?
