Zest Air Promo Mechanics

1. The Standard Chartered Bank (“Bank”) Fly For Free Promo (“Promo”) will run from October 10, 2008 to February 27, 2009 (“Promo Period”).

2. The Promo is open to non-Standard Chartered Bank cardholders. Existing Standard Chartered Bank cardholders applying for an add-on credit card or supplementary card as well as those who voluntarily cancel their cards and subsequently apply for new Standard Chartered Bank credit cards within the Promo Period are not eligible for the Promo.

3. Applications must be submitted within the Promo Period and approved no later than March 31, 2009, and the approved cards properly delivered or claimed by June 30, 2009, in order to qualify under the Promo.

4. All credit card applications submitted within the Promo Period are subject to Standard Chartered Bank’s final credit approval and shall be processed independent of eligibility for the Promo.

5. Standard Chartered Bank Platinum Cash Rewards, Gold Visa/ MasterCard, Classic Visa/MasterCard and D3 Visa Cardholders (“Cardholders”) approved within the Promo Period will receive a Fly For Free Gift Certificate (“GC”). One (1) GC is redeemable for one (1) roundtrip ticket to any Zest Air domestic destination. 6. Cardholders approved under the Promo are entitled to receive free GCs based on the type of Standard Chartered Bank credit card approved:
• Two (2) GCs for a Platinum Cash Rewards Visa credit card.
• One (1) GC for a Classic or Gold Visa / MasterCard and D3 credit card.

7. To redeem the GC, the Cardholder must call the Zest Air Reservations Hotline at (02) 855-3333 and book a flight. Booking and travel must be completed no later than the expiry date indicated in the GC. All redeemed airline tickets shall be subject to Zest Air’s relevant terms and conditions.

8. To claim the ticket, the Cardholder must proceed to any Zest Air ticketing office and present the following:
• Original GC (must be surrendered in order to claim the ticket).
• Original valid ID with photo and signature of the Cardholder.
• If claiming thru a representative, the following additional requirements apply:
a. Signed authorization letter from the Cardholder
b. Valid ID of the representative

9. For GCs endorsed to a person other than the Cardholder (New Passenger), the New Passenger must proceed to any Zest Air ticketing office and present the following to claim the ticket:
c. Original GC (must be surrendered in order to claim the ticket)
d. Signed letter from the Cardholder endorsing the GC to the New Passenger
e. Photocopy of valid ID (front and back) of the Cardholder whose name is indicated on the GC
f. Original, valid ID of the New Passenger

10. The following airline block-out dates shall apply:
All Souls Day October 30-November 04, 2008;
October 30-November 03, 2009
Christmas Season December 16, 2008-January 07, 2009;
December 16, 2009-January 06, 2010
Chinese New Year January 26-February 04, 2009;
February 14-23, 2010
Holy Week April 03-15, 2009;
March 26-April 07, 2010
11. Issued tickets can be rebooked for the same route within its validity period subject to prevailing rebooking fee plus applicable taxes. No Show and No Show at Gate fees apply.

12. All taxes, surcharges and fees that may be charged by Zest Air relative to the travel, shall be shouldered by the passenger.

13. Neither the Bank nor Zest Air shall be obliged to acknowledge, honor or replace any lost, mutilated or stolen GC or ticket.

14. Unless otherwise specified, this Promo cannot be availed in conjunction with any other Bank or Zest Air promotional program.

15. The decisions of the Bank on all matters relating to this Promo shall be final and binding on all cardholders with the concurrence of DTI.
