Cavite will soon have a free WiFi system to help students with their online learning during the pandemic. As announced by Governor Jonvic Remulla on his Facebook page, Cavite will soon have a massive rollout of a free WiFi system covering up to 90% of residential areas in the province. Dubbed as #CaviteFreeWiFi, the project will be exclusively available for educational purposes of public schools and DepEd students during the quarantine period. Cavite's Governor Boying Remulla posted an appeal to the Department of Transportation (DoTr) regarding the operations of the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX). In the letter posted via the governor's official Facebook account, he wrote that while the PITX may be able to help ease the worsening traffic in Metro Manila, its newly-established operations are affecting those coming from and going to Cavite.
