Epson outs MG-850HD Apple Dock Projector

Epson Philippines today launched the world’s first hi-def projector with Apple Dock that supports the iPhone, iPad and the iPod Touch and iPod Nano.

The projector features a 10-watt speakers, brightness of up to 2800 lumens and a contrast ratio of 3,000:1. The maximum resolution is up to 1280×800 pixels (WXGA). The projector also comes with a microphone port so you can plug an external mic during a presentation or use a karaoke mic when playing videoke over the projector.

The projector supports Apple devices such as iPad 1 & 2, iPhone 2G/3G/3GS/4/4S, iPod Touch 1st to 4th gen as well as the 3rd to 5th generation iPod Nano. The projector plays back only stores photos or videos, not the entire iDevice screen.

The Epson MG-850HD will hit stores this December and will retail for about Php43,900.
