You’ll have to wait until October 2010 before you can get your hands on one of these LCD HDTVs. The price of the unit is not yet available and October is like 9 more months to go but I’m hoping it would be under Php100k.
Update: I’m told by LG that these units are actually available in the market with a starting price of Php119,990.
im here in korea. i just saw the price of 42″ (42SL90QDS) LED TV in one of department store here, it’s 1.6million KRW equivalent to ~65,000 pesos. want to buy one but dont know if shipping will cost me a lot.
anyone there in phils know price of this model? Thanks.
@yuga, oh i see. i still remember when the first plasma tv came along, the 32″ cost i think 500k back then. i guess i have to wait a little while before i can afford this new one! :)
next time , borderless na, no stand pa… yung type n ididikit mo na lang sa ding ding na parang wall paper
@petken – typo sa press release. they corrected it as reflected in my update at the end of the story.
@leo – it’s an LED TV. LED’s are still under the category LCD TVs.
i thought LCDs are now making their exits, now that the LEDs are starting to arrive.
