Launched just yesterday, Smart WiFi is a new broadband internet service which allows users to get connected wirelessly thru Smart’s cell sites. The only thing you need is an outdoor antenna to serve as transceiver on any of Smart’s hundreds of cell sites nationwide.
Maximum bandwidth is up to around 128kbps and promo price starts at Php788/month. It’s an easy and affordable alternative if you don’t have phone lines in the neighborhood. This is gonna be a big hit once they find a way to bring access down to handhelds and portable devices (read: Tungsten T5 & Life Drive).

Guys let’s support my friend, he has filed a complaint with NTC against Smart, he declined na makipagayos sa mediation, and wants to pursue an actual case sa Arbitration ng NTC, it’s been more than a month at wala pa ring reply ang NTC, we hope hindi nagkabayaran at walang corruption na nangyayari. Email him all your grievances ([email protected]) para lumakas ang kaso nya against Smart, he’s looking for a volunteer NGO, and customers na dismayado. Pag hinayaan natin na hindi umabot sa NTC at hindi magkaroon ng justice sa kaso na ‘to, para na rin nating pinayagan ng lokohin tayo ng Smart at perahan ng perahan. Let’s help him help us.

I just want to relay my experiences/problem with you regarding my accounts at Smartbro Inc. Can you please advise me what to do? Here is my situation:
I had my Smartbro connection since January 6th of this year. My wife is using the line for website encoding and upgrading. Meaning there is an existing website and she is adding some more entry to it like pictures and data. For a certain period say a month project she is using the internet at least 8 hours a day. But sometimes there’s no project say a month or 2 months. During that 8 months period we experienced almost 3 periods of disconnection. The 1st disconnection same old process; report to their hotline and they will schedule to fixed it. On the 2nd time of disconnection we reported it and their staff scheduled us for fixing but before they call for confirmation that the technician will be arriving the connection was already fixed. The 3rd disconnection problem occurred last week and also before the technician arrives the connection was restored already. My wife doesn’t received any confirmation that the technician will be arriving so I go out for a while and when I went home my wife said the technician left already. She ask the technician to check our connection since they are already in our house, the technician told that our connection is unstable and have to terminate our connection permanently. They will do some final testing this week or next to find out if our connection is really unstable. I Think that’s just their alibi in order us to be out in the system, in fact our area is near their antenna site. Can you please advise me on what to do?
can i ask something?

this web site was how do i say it… relevant, finally something which solved the problem. Thanks
We are many and we should all be heard. I made a page on facebook called ‘Smart Bro are Thieves’, because it is the most common description made about Smart Bro and their bad service. If you are unsatisfied with their service, please visit and like the following link:

Smart Bro may not want to listen to us, but at least the world will know the truth that SMART BRO ARE THIEVES!
