There’s been numerous discussions by subscribers of Smart Bro to flood the NTC with email complaints about the service, or lack thereof, from Smart WiFi. Details of the plan are posted in my Smart WiFi entry here.
The plan is simple. Every DSL subscriber will email NTC ([email protected]) on December 24, 2005 and file complaints against Smart together with stats/records of downtimes and intermittent connections.
They’ve been spreading the word in my blog and other blogs where SmartBro is being discussed as well as forums and other bulletin boards.
This is by far the most sensible and most professional move by Smart subscribers. My blog has received over 1,300 comments and close to 40,000 page views just because of Smart Bro yet most of the comments were rants and cussing (where tons of them were already deleted). I hope that my blog has in a way help spread the word and enable subscribers (including would-be subscribers) to communicate and unite on this issue.


talaga?!!! bkit nman kame d2 s pasig hindi nakaka encounter ng ganyang mga problems? simula ng lumabas yang smart wifi nagpakabit n kme kc walang available n line ng pldt s lugar nmin, d2 s san miguel, ang nagkakaproblem lan ung pc nmin kc luma na pero ung wifi hindi naman….hmmm
