Had to come to office very early – 9am, I think! tehehe… We have to meet with the big Boss in Fargo. The news news is that we’re having two new team leads and two guys from the old team were promoted! They treated us on sumptuous buffet at SuperBowl! hehehehe

I met with an old college friend early this evening. He told me that he’s leaving his company (Accenture) after 3 years and has found a better job. I really thought it was a career break for him and he’d invited me for a little celebration. Much to my amazement, I ended up in a seminar for a MLM product!!! Shocked as I was I stayed a little longer only to be dismayed by the realization that whatever your education or your social status, man would naturally seek for greater riches. For my friend, he just destroyed his career for such ambitions of quick cash.

Came in to the office very late, around 2pm na. Just finished installing Windows XP and all appz into my desktop. Everyone’s seems to get pretty excited about it so they followed suit. I also downloaded NeoPlanet’s browser – it’s pretty cool, just a little bit slower than usual, though.

I was supposed to accompany them for an overnight last night but I didn’t felt like it so I went home. I wasn’t able to sleep though; she texted me what’s wrong why I didn’t stay and I apologize and said I wasn’t feeling well. Now, here am I, still awake and just finished installing NuSphere on my PC. At least I can make updates to Grabeh offline.

I gave her a card/letter last night during the Starbucks meeting. I also inserted the dollar bill she jokingly told me the first time I gave her the same a few weeks ago. I don’t know the exact reactions but I think everything was well and fine. Have to pack up for another overnight at the office tonight.

Monday yesterday, I guess nothing much happened that day. We had recopies of the pictures and asked some officemates to have it scanned. I’ll post them later today. Some old friend also called me up late last night. Had to tell her the whole story why I was out of the loop for so long a time.

I accompanied her to Greenhills this afternoon to buy some stuffs. We got her a cool and sleek scanner by Canon. I ended up buying some stuffs too like scented candles, potpourri and oil burner. The rest is history….
