Went out past midnight to buy womething to eat. While I passed by our gate a neighbor, who had a turo-turo store just outside the apartment was drinking with some men, offered me a beer. I was about to decline the offer but accepted it after seeing he seemed serious and just wanted a chat. Well, I stayed for about an hour talking with them — all Ilonggos for that matter. After a year of stay in this apartment I finally did had a good chat with a neighbor - even over a bottle of beer.
