Two recently released smartphones will be battling it out to see which one is better than the other. Let’s find out!
The Vivo Y69 is the company’s newest mid-range smartphone which carries the selfie-centric camera feature. The Infinix Note 4 Pro is their newest mid-range smartphone with a little touch of handwriting using the proprietary X-pen stylus. For their Antutu benchmark scores, the Vivo Y69 garnered 40,169 while the Note 4 Pro received 38,540.
Here are the advantages of each smartphone.
+ Better performing GPU
+ Higher front camera resolution
Infinix Note 4 Pro
+ Higher screen size
+ Higher screen resolution
+ Slightly better performing CPU
+ Larger battery
+ X-pen stylus
In terms of display, the Note 4 Pro has a better screen quality with its 1080p resolution and 5.7-inch screen size. The Vivo Y69 falls short in this department with its 720p resolution but it shows god promise in other specs department.
When we put their performance head-to-head based on the Antutu scores that we got, the Vivo Y69 provides better overall scores. Even though the Note 4 Pro provided a slightly better CPU with its MT6753 SoC, the Mali T-720 GPU would be one of the main factors of pulling down the smartphone score. The MT6750 chip of the Vivo Y69 gives more balance in terms of performance speed and gaming potential since it is equipped with a Mali T-860 GPU.
For their camera quality, we can assume that good quality selfie shots can be made using the Y69 since the company adapted its selfie-centric approach to smartphones. It has double the front camera resolution of the Note 4 Pro but it’s not all about the resolution anyway. As for the Note 4 Pro, we have made a review for it so you can check out our sample photos here.
There is a significant difference with the battery of the two smartphones. Y69 carries 3,000mAh only while the Note 4 Pro is equipped with a 4,500mAh, not to mention that it is built with a quick-charge technology. For this aspect, the Note 4 Pro wins.
We will also be mentioning Note 4 Pro’s special feature called the X-pen stylus. This is similar with the recent Galaxy Note8’s S-pen, but it has its own limitations. Regardless, in a personal perspective, it is a cool thing to have a working stylus for a smartphone.
