PCIJ Blog gets slapped with a TRO

In a historical first in the Philippine blogosphere, the PCJI blog has been served a Temporary Restraining Order by the Quezon City Regional Trial Court.

The issue was about a certain blog post made by PCIJ months ago about Michael Defensor. Early today, the QC court granted the request of Tiongco’s wife, Rona, who said that the PCIJ blog post was an intrusion into “my private life and happy 12-year marriage with my husband” and a “grave violation of my rights and those of my minor children.”

That is something. What if every other Filipino blogger re-posts the entry in their respective blogs? Will the Quezon City RTC issue the same order to everyone else?

Ok, I said to myself — no politics on this blog. But this ain’t about politics — this is Philippine’s blogging history.

It is really a great application that is used with touch
screen devices and in environments with fast and reliable web-connectivity.
and reply quite easily with the presence of the keypad making it easier and
simpler to type. When you decide to purchase an access control keypad,
make sure you request multiple quotes from different manufacturers
so you can compare each device on its features and
price. This mobile phone is only some centimeters thick and it offers use of full QWERTY
    keypad.

    Look at my homepage; pretty

Many people feel very tired for the past few months already for seeking the real score. I felt so sad for what happen in the election if Gloria Macapagal really won that vote.As a people living here in the Philippines I’m happy for not having a questionable president who in contnuing to fool us,and yet it is hard to oust this lady(gloria)we want to know what happen in that counting, but the problem how to prove it then.We all know that she has a bundle of corrrupt officials trying to insist it is clean and honest election for them. They are all paranoid including former chief justice Davide who saved Gloria for validating her presidency years ago. It’s he who who owes to us pilipino that Gloria is a fake president until now(may utang siya sa atin)Justice daw eh’ sa anong klaseng justice siya, kaya sa akin until he is one of those to be blame until now.
Sobra kasi ang takot niya kay Gloria noon kaya nakipag sabwatan din sa kasalanan ni Gloria. All the things we suffering for these particular political crisis starts when Erap was forcibly remove from the presidency with the help of the cardinal Sin,Cory,Ramos,Abs-cbn,Gma7,Makati Business Community,Press,Opposition Members etc.
ALAM DIN NATIN NA AALISIN SILA SA ARMY PAG SILA AY NAGSALITA,KAYA ANG GAGAWIN NATIN AY BIGYAN SILA NG KARAMPATANG HALAGA NA GAMITIN SA MGA PAMILYA NILA KUNG SAKALING MATANGGAL NA SILA SA SERBISYO. kAHIT ILAN PA ANG MGA IYAN AY KAYA NATING BAYARAN ANG LAHAT NG BENEFITS NA HINDI
MAAARING MAKUHA SA GOBYERNO NI GLORIA DAHIL TANGGAL NA SILA.
ITO LANG PARAAN PALA MALAMAN NATIN ANG TOTOO,HINDI NA SILA MAG-AALANGAN NA MATANGGAL SILA SA SERVICE.LALAKAS ANG LOOB NILANG MAGTAPAT SA ATIN PARA MALAMAN ANG KATOTOHANAN NA PILIT TINATAKPAN NG MGA SIPSIP SA PALDA NI GLORIA.

    abe,

I just started in my blog a writing campaign to the public information office of the supreme court. In fact, I have written them already. Email address is ****@****.***. Let us write and inundate them as citizens of this country to convey our indignation. The SC is surely unaware of this miserable development to blog freedom.

Yup, this is the first in Philippine blogging history.
