Philippine Blogging Trends for 2006

The recent article on Manila Bulletin’s Blog-O-Rama discusses several blogging trends in the Philippines for the year 2006.

The list includes Filipinos becoming professional bloggers, niche and group blogging and bloggers getting gigs in mainstream media. Ajay adds that the excitement about blogging will wane and podcasting won’t be taking the spotlight either.
