Nikon D3500 entry-level DSLR announced

Nikon Corporation has announced their new entry-level Nikon DX-format DSLR with a 24.2MP sensor and support for ISO 100-25600 – the Nikon D3500.

The Nikon D3500 is constructed with the same slim and lightweight monocoque structure as the Nikon D5600, and a deep grip for better handling. It has a 24.2MP Nikon DX-format CMOS sensor with no optical low-pass filter and built-in Bluetooth to transfer content to a smartphone via the SnapBridge app. The battery, on the other hand, is capable of approximately 1,550 shots.

The Nikon D3500 starts at $499.95 and comes with an AF-P DX 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR Lens. There’s also an $849.95 bundle that includes an18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR and a 70-300mm f/4.5-6.3G ED AF-P DX Nikkor lenses.
