Apple cash is basically a digital card that is inside your Wallet app. The Apple Cash can be used in buying goods in a store, or online, and through apps with Apple Pay. To check your balance, you can either check through your Wallet app or in Settings > Wallet and Apple Pay. As an adult, a user can also create an Apple Cash for their family members under 18yrs old so the user can send them money safely so they can spend using their own Apple Cash card.

Just to distinguish Apple Cash from Apple Pay, Apple cash is a digital card in a user’s Wallet app that lets the users send and receive money through Messages or Wallet. The Apple Cash card can be spent in stores, online, and on other apps.
