Last month, the device releases were on a slow-pace mainly due to the brands’ preparation for the MWC 2019 which happened last February 25 until 28. With that, only a few gadgets were given a full review but they’re worth checking out. Read on to find out.
Huawei Nova 4
For a smartphone line deemed by many as bang-for-the-buck, this specific Nova phone does not meet the performance expectations at CNY 3,099 or roughly PHP 23,100 when converted. While its daily performance is actually good, the benchmark scores do not sit well for a device that features 8GB of RAM and a 2017 flagship chip.
Huawei Y6 Pro 2019
The Huawei Y6 Pro 2019 is aimed at budget-conscious customers who are looking for a good-looking phone with a large display, decent performance, good cameras, long battery life, and Android Pie. At PHP 6,990, it’s reasonably priced and can compete with other smartphones in the same class.
Huawei Y7 Pro 2019
The Huawei Y7 Pro 2019 is a mixture of good and bad components. The display is bright and vibrant, but it’s still at 720p resolution. The performance is decent and relatively fast thanks to its Snapdragon 450 chipset and 3GB RAM. The camera, on the other hand, is a roller coaster ride as the overall rear photos are sub-par to par only while the front camera is decent and good.
