E-wallets are great financial tools to have as you can pay for goods and services without having to bring out cash. Some e-wallets, though, offer more than and sometimes provide you with cashbacks when you may payments. PayMaya is one of them and they recently launched its Balik Bayad promotion that gives users PHP 200 cashback every month for the purchase or gift of either Smart or TNT load. Here is how the promo works.
In a nutshell, the promo lets you get PHP 100 PayMaya credits for every PHP 2,000 cumulative load purchase. So, before you can take advantage of this promo, you should have a PayMaya account with enough credits to make a load purchase. Log in to your account, then tap on the Load icon. From here, you can see all the load promos and packages available to you. Now, take note of the following qualified load transactions:
• Regular Load PHP 200
• Regular Load PHP 300
• Regular Load PHP 500
• Regular Load PHP 1,000
Sample transactions are as follows:
• 10 transactions of PHP 200 load = 1x PHP 100 Cashback voucher
• 4 transactions of PHP 500 load = 1x PHP 100 Cashback voucher
• 2 transactions of PHP 1,000 load = 1x PHP 100 Cashback voucher
• 4 transactions of PHP 1,000 load = 2x PHP 100 Cashback voucher
• 5 transactions of PHP 1,000 load = 2x PHP 100 Cashback
• 1 transaction of PHP 1,000 load + 4 transactions of PHP 300 load = 1x PHP 100 Cashback voucher
Note that any amount in excess of a PHP 2,000 accumulation shall not be carried over nor contribute to the next PHP 2,000 accumulation. Also, any amount in excess of the PHP 2,000 from the previous month will not be carried over to the next month.
How much cash back can you earn?
The maximum reward that a qualified user can during the entire promo period is PHP 600, while the cashback a user can earn every month is PHP 200 (2 cashback vouchers worth PHP 100 each) and will be applied based on this schedule:
• April 10 – 30, 2021
• May 1 – 31, 2021
• June 1 – 30, 2021
Who can avail of the promo?
• The promo is open to all PayMaya subscribers buying or sending Smart/TNT load via PayMaya Shop
• The promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
Who can’t avail of the promo?
• Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
• PayMaya/Smart users with merchant accounts and those under PayMayaNegosyo.
