Banks/E-Wallets in the Philippines Withdrawal Limits

A savings account is one of the essential bank features available to all. Through this, people can store their money in a bank and later use it to pay for their bills, buy products online, make investments, and the like. However, it’s common for banks to impose a daily ATM withdrawal limit. Hence, there may also be withdrawal limits that apply per transaction.

While ATM withdrawal limits seem to bother, they serve a vital purpose in keeping our money safe. Setting a limit on the amount of money that can be withdrawn at an ATM helps the bank control the movement of available cash. More so, another reason has to do with security and protecting customer accounts, in case someone stole their debit card and PIN. Without an ATM withdrawal limit, they might be able to empty our account and get all our money. So to guide you, here are the withdrawal limits of the banks and e-wallets in the Philippines.
