ASUS Zenfone 3 may have been benchmarked, packs 3GB RAM, Android 6.0

Two upcoming ASUS Zenfones have appeared on GFX Bench which could possibly be variants of the Zenfone 3. One sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display and Snapdragon 650 CPU, while the other has a 5.9-inch HD display and Snapdragon 615 CPU.

According to GFX Bench, the two new smartphones – ASUS Z012D and ASUS Z010DD sport 3GB RAMs, 32GB of internal storage, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Most of the difference point to the display size and CPU.
