Solid Group Inc., the parent company of MyPhone, has announced a new brand called Brown and Proud.
First off, Brown and Proud will sell devices including smartphones and tablets just like MyPhone. To entice people, they have introduced multi-level marketing to their business model. You can sign up and become a member, refer people, and then earn rewards as you build your “Brown Tree”.
As for their devices, they currently have three in the list with the first one already available — the Brown 1. It’s a 4.7-inch HD smartphone with typical 2017 budget phone specs like a quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 4G LTE, and Android Nougat. It’ll sell for Php9,500Â which is pretty steep for what it offers.
Then coming this August are top-tier smartphone and tablet dubbed as the Brown 2 and Brown Tab 1. Check out their specs below.
Also, according to their presentation, they also plan to pursue IoT or the Internet of Things. They have partnered with multiple tech companies to achieve this milestone but no actual products were shown, yet.

Pa isang taon ko na ginagamit Brown Tab 1, ‘di naman nabagal at ok naman siya. Kaya high spec games like Honkai Impact 3 at RoS ng naka high. Tinda dati sa MyPhone store dito sa amin.
Nilagyan ko lang Nova Launcher at disable mga apps na ‘di ko kailangan. ‘Di ko na concern yung MLM nila. Sa akin eh sinubukan ko yung brand kasi kaya naman bilin, hehe.
Bale masasabi ko na lang eh, ‘di kagandahan ang audio nito dahil one side lang ang speaker. Though ‘di naman gaano issue kasi may mga BT ako headset at speakers na medyo surround sound, so ‘di naman talaga problema.

Expect a price drop within 3 months or less..price 8k or less..the price is just too much for the specs..lalo na gr3 2017 ang nasa price point which is less than the price with better specs..ginawa manlang sana SD 430 and 3 gb ram then it MIGHT attract consumers..
