No pricing has been disclosed by Samsung as of yet. Although considering their specs, we can expect that it won’t cost much – maybe we’re looking at around Php3K-6K for these devices. Would you be interested in scoring one if they launch here in the Philippines?

    Hello guys,
Kitkat performing ram optimizer, or lets say it was ram friendly, but unfortunately, its not all about the ram issue, if you think price matter, yes it is, but please remain the quality specially in screen.. Kumusta naman ang hvga display? Naka kitkat k nga nkakahiya nmn ilabas dahil sa display.. Balik tayo sa umpisa? Samsung wants to play game with the local brand.. Its not for their main market but to block local brand market.
Maybe i go for one of the brand that quality is samsung like. Or more than that, you may try gionee smart phone.. Try to look and be amaze for their amazing features and physical quality.
Not local not well known, but reasonable to choose among other brand.

IMO I rather wait for Android One phones, since these smartphones most likely isn’t updatable at least for one OS version.
Comment above from Archie nailed it. Mostly of these OEMs (Included Samsung) tainting the Android experience, good thing Google is stepping up to solve some issues about the platform.

What??? 512MB of RAM and yet Kitkat?? and then Samsung totally said that it can’t update the S3 and S3 mini cause of the RAM constraint while the S3 has 1GB of RAM. This is the most fucking statement of Samsung ever. And these low end phones will probably sell at mid range price. And thumbs up sa comment ni archie. Well said… You better be off buying Local brands from MyPhone and Starmobile even CM cause they offer more than what you are going to pay from. Samsung service also sucks btw not just the local brands. My phone was still under warranty but they want me to pay for the parts that were damage.

All of these phones (except for galaxy ace 4) have ram lower than 1gb but is bundled with Android Kitkat. S3 have 1gb ram but can’t be updated to Kitkat because Samsung claims the memory can’t handle the OS.

Then suddenly they released S3 Neo with bundled Kitkat. Samsung’s always fucking their fanatic consumer’s wallet, now I understand why Google is pushing for android one and silver.

Pipoy, yung local phones niyo, trying hard parin maging samsung o sony, etc.
