Xiaomi Mi Max 3 to sport 7-inch FHD display, 5500mAh battery

The Xiaomi Mi Max series offers large devices with massive battery, so it’s no surprise that the next device in the series, the Mi Max 3, will turn the dial to the extreme, with a large 18:9 aspect ratio display, bigger battery, and a Snapdragon 660 or the Snapdragon 630 CPU.

According to CNMO, The Mi Max 3 will have a 7-inch 18:9 display and is said to have a dual-camera setup and Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support. There is a rumor that the Mi Max 3 will be offered in two variants. One will be powered by the Snapdragon 630 chipset mobile platform containing an octa-core CPU and the Adreno 508 GPU. The other will be equipped with the Snapdragon 660 mobile platform featuring an octa-core CPU and the Adreno 512 GPU. A bottom-firing speaker and a fingerprint sensor in the top-center are also expected.

The phone is expected to launch in June of 2018 with around $300 price tag.
