2022 Nissan Almera now available in the Philippines, priced

Nissan has officially launched the 2022 Nissan Almera in the Philippines. Check out its features and price below.

The new Almera is now powered with a lighter 1.0-liter turbo engine, and it is available in four variants with automatic and manual transmission options. The segment-first turbo engine has a maximum power output of 100 PS, a 152 Nm of torque, and a fuel efficiency of 23.3 kilometers per liter, promising better acceleration and better power output than the previous model.

According to the company, the new Almera comes with Nissan Intelligent Mobility (NIM) features that provide monitoring and intervention technology for added safety features. These features include Intelligent Forward Collision Warning, Intelligent Forward Emergency Braking, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, as well as the Intelligent Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection.

Moreover, it sports a new design with key elements of Nissan’s “Emotional Geometry” design language, including the V-motion grille, boomerang-shaped LED headlamps and tail lamps, LED Signature Daytime Running Lamps, kick-up C-pillars, and a floating roof.

The Almera has a new 7-inch TFT Meter with Integrated Drive-Assist Display, infotainment screen, black leather interiors with contrast stitching, as well as a new D-shaped steering wheel with hands-free, meter, and voice recognition controls.

However, the infotainment system provides connectivity with an 8-inch Advanced Touchscreen Display with Apple CarPlay.

The 2022 Nissan Almera is priced starting at PHP 728,000 and it is available in six color options: Cayenne Red, Gun Metallic, Galaxy Black, Premium Corona Orange, Brilliant Silver, and Pearl White.
