Next@Acer: 2023 TravelMate series announced all carrying 13th-gen Intel Core i7

Acer has announced another wave of products beyond its Next@Acer Global Press Conference, particularly a new TravelMate lineup all boasting 13th-gen Intel Core i7 chips.

Acer TravelMate P2 (14, 16-inch)

Starting with the TravelMate P2 line boasting a 16:10 display with 180-degree hinge with numeric keypad on the 16-inch variant.

Both variants carry Intel vPro, 13th-gen Intel Core i7 CPU and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050 GPU configured with up to 64GB DDR4 RAM.

The laptops feature a discrete TPM 2.0 fingerprint sensor as well as IR camera for secured login.

Full HD webcam with HDR and TNR functions

Stay connected no matter where you are with Wi-Fi 6E1 and 4G LTE1 connectivity. Connect all your peripherals with this laptop’s wide variety of ports including a Type C Thunderbolt 4 port supporting 40Gbps data transfer and dual 4K displays.

It is rated with MIL-STD-810H certification for enhanced durability.

Acer TravelMate P4 (Spin 14, and vanilla 14)

The TravelMate P4 comes in three variants, with traditional 14-inch and 16-inch laptops and the 2-in-1 form factor with a dockable stylus and 360-degree hinge.

The vanilla models (P4 14 and 16) have higher resolution at 2.2K compared to the Spin 14 with WUXGA (1920 x 1200).

All have 16:10 aspect ratio, but only the Spin 14 has Gorilla Glass on the display and the touchpad. The vanilla only has Gorilla Glass on the touchpad.

Upfront is a Full HD, Infrared (IR)-enabled camera.

In terms of the processor, both models utilize a 13th-gen Intel Core i7 CPU built on Intel vPro platform. And the same RTX 2050 GPU with up to 64GB SODIMM memory.

Other features include a Wi-Fi 6E connectivity, with an optional 4G LTE modem, and two full-function USB4 Type-C ports using Thunderbolt4.

The battery supports 65W fast charging.

This lineup is also rated with MIL-STD-810H for increased durability.

Acer TravelMate P6 14

Finally, the top-of-the-line TravelMate P6 14 boasts an OLED display with 100% DCI-P3 color coverage and the same 16:10 aspect ratio.

It has the fastest memory among the bunch with 32GB LPDDR5 RAM but lacks discrete GPU as far as Acer’s official website indicates.

Just like its other siblings, it has 13th-gen Intel Core i7, based on Intel Evo design.

It also has a Full HD IR-enabled camera with privacy shutter.

The most interesting feature is its 5G connectivity, bundled with Wi-Fi 6E, and two USB4 Type-C Thunderbolt4 ports enabling multiple 4K displays, faster charging, and file transfers up to 40Gbps.

This model is also rated with MIL-STD-810H as well as Corning Gorilla Glass touchpad and reinforced I/Os for enhanced, longer-lasting durability.

Acer is yet to reveal their retail prices and local availability.
