Amazon Prime Video now available worldwide including PH

There’s a new streaming subscription you can avail in the country as Amazon rolls out its own video-on-demand to more countries including the Philippines.

The Amazon Prime Video is now available in more than 200 countries and territories around the globe. Just like its main competitor, Netflix, Prime Video has a number of video content from movies, tv shows, and even original series like The Grand Tour from Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May and  Amazon Original Series like The Man in the High Castle, Transparent, Mozart in the Jungle, Tumble Leaf and more.

You can enjoy viewing on your Android or iOS devices, Fire tablets, and also LG and Samsung smart TVs. Members can also download all movies and TV shows for offline viewing.

As an introductory offer, Amazon is offering subscriptions for only $2.99 (~Php150) per month for the first six months with a free 7-day trial. After that, regular pricing is at $5.99/month (~Php300). Start watching at PrimeVideo.com 19.

      I actually have the same problem. It’s a bit weird. I’ve been a prime video subscriber for a long time but always used a US VPN. But now, I tried without VPN and it only gives me “What to watch while abroad”. Confused, did you ever figure this out?

      Ok, I figured it out. I needed to update my Amazon Prime to be available in the Philippines by emailing amazon support.
