Converge ICT had recently released a statement regarding its connectivity issue yesterday.
As posted by Converge ICT Support on its Facebook page, the company has restored the connection to all of its residential subscribers and enterprise clients nationwide.
It also shared that its technical teams worked overnight to resolve issues and get all systems up and running swiftly as soon as possible.
Yesterday, Converge subscribers nationwide suffered downtime due to a power-related issue discovered in its data center.
Converge is currently reviewing the incident to develop solutions that will prevent such incidents from happening in the future. It also said that it would work on ongoing improvement initiatives.
