Samsung recently launched its newest foldable smartphone, the Galaxy Z Flip. As the first batch of the smartphone has shipped out to customers, an early adopter has claimed that the device’s screen cracked.
On Twitter, a user (@mondoir) explained that he took the device out of the box and remove the protective/instruction film over the screen. As it is a flip phone, the user flipped it closed and a crack resounded; upon flipping it open, the screen of the Galaxy Z Flip was already cracked.
Samsung replied to the user’s tweet, requesting for more information so that it can look into the issue.
