Fujifilm is introducing to the public its new mid-range cameras that come with improved sensors previously seen on their higher-end models. The new X100F and X-T20 follow the X100T and X-T10, respectively, of last year.

The X100F is the fourth generation (hence the F) of the X100 series. This fixed-lens shooter now carries a new 24.3-megapixel X-Trans CMOS III sensor and a 91-point autofocus system. It also features a hybrid optical and electronic viewfinder with wider than 100% FOV so you basically see more once peeked in. Refresh rate has also been bumped up to 60fps.

Apart from those, there are also certain changes to its form factor compared to its predecessor. A notable change is that the X100F now has a new focus lever and ISO dial to help in tweaking the settings on the fly.

Meanwhile, the mirrorless X-T20 carries the same X-Trans CMOS III sensor with 24.3 megapixels as well as the 91-point AF setup. What this camera offers is a fresh touchscreen for the controls and the capability to shoot in 4K resolution. There’s still the electronic viewfinder for those familiar with this series and is accompanied by a 3-inch LCD display.
