Google launches Fact Check Explorer search feature

Google has announced a brand-new image fact-checking capability for its Fact Check Explorer service as part of a deeper commitment to battling false information and assisting fact-checking groups. The new version intends to provide internet users even more authority as they work to counter the very real risk posed by fake news.

The new image search function in Fact Check Explorer, which was previously exclusively accessible for text searches, solves the difficulties fact checkers experience when confirming photographs.
