Honda Cars Philippines Inc. (HCPI) has announced that the Civic Type R will be available again after it was highly sought after due to being very well received by the market.
HCPI will be bringing in 100 additional units to meet demand. It is available in Championship White and Rallye Red colors, but they will be introducing the Polished Metal Metallic color for this year.
The Honda Civic Type R is a performance vehicle powered by a 2.0L VTEC Turbo engine with a maximum power output of 310PS, peak torque of 400Nm, 6-speed manual transmission, and bespoke chassis setup.
Initial delivery of Civic Type R units will start in October. You may inquire at any Honda Car dealership nationwide if you are interested. The Honda Civic Type R is priced at Php2,980,000.
