Honor has announced their partnership with IMAX Enhanced for their upcoming Honor Magic 3 smartphone that is expected to arrive on August 12.
In a previous teaser posted from Honor themselves, showed that the Honor Magic 3 smartphone will sport five cameras in a circular formation. Additionally, reports state that the smartphone is going to be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ processor.
A recent post on Weibo shows a photo of what looks like the Honor Magic 3 camera setup and a camera reel, suggesting that the Honor Magic 3 will be the first smartphone capable of shooting 4K HDR content with DTS audio that can be played on HDR10+ displays.
