Honor unveils all-new Honor Pad V8 Pro tablet

Honor has just unveiled its newest tablet, the Honor Pad V8 Pro. Packing a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset and an IMAX Enhanced, 12.1-inch, 144 Hz screen, the Pad V8 Pro serves as Honor’s flagship tablet.

The Pad V8 Pro arrives alongside Honor’s newest smartphone, the Honor 80 GT.

The Honor Pad V8 Pro features a 12.1-inch, IMAX Enhanced screen which fills 87.7% of the tablet’s front, providing an almost bezel-less experience. It also has a sharp 2560 x 1600 resolution, 600 nits of peak brightness, and 1.07 billion colors.

One of the Pad V8 Pro’s standout features is the included 8 stereo surround sound speakers that will be perfect for content consumption and movie watching.

In terms of power, the Pad V8 Pro will come with a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset, either 8GB or 12GB of RAM, and 128GB or 256GB of storage. The SoC, RAM, and storage package is going to provide good performance for day-to-day tasks and decent gaming performance for most games out today.

The tablet will be powered by a large 10,050 mAh battery with support for 35W wired fast charging.

The Pad V8 Pro will be compatible with Honor’s Magic Pencil 3 stylus and attachable, magnetic keyboard.

In terms of pricing, the V8 Pro will start at around RMB 2,599 or around Php 20,795.44 for the base 8GB/128GB model and move up from there (RMB 1 = Php 8).
