Nikon has announced the D7500, a new midrange DSLR that success the D7200 and has above-average features for its class including 4K video recording.
The new Nikon D7500 has the same 20.9-megapixel DX-format APS-C sensor (without an antialiasing filter) as the higher class D500 and the same Expeed 5 image processor. Although, it’s got the same body as its predecessor with a new touchscreen and 35g weightloss. As mentioned, it can shoot 4K video up to 30 frames per second and can shoot stills at 8fps.
The autofocus module is the same as the D7200, meaning that it has 51 points, 15 of which are cross-type. Native ISO range is from 100-51200. It also has SnapBridge Bluetooth and Wi-Fi file-transfer sans the NFC.
Nikon will ship the D7500 this summer in a body-only kit for $1249 (~Php62k) and goes for $1749 (~Php86.5k) with an 18-140mm F3.5-5.6G ED VR lens.
