OPPO Philippines extends warranty to all devices

Due to the enhanced community quarantine, OPPO Phillipines has extended warranty on its devices. Right after the quarantine period, devices including smartphones and accessories with a warranty expiring from March 9, 2020, to the last day of the quarantine period, will be extended to two months. Services within the said timeline include repairing screens and other malfunctioning parts, as well as hardware and software tune-ups.

For those who purchased OPPO devices between March 1 to 20, 2020, they can replace it up to one week after the quarantine period However, customers should bring necessary documents like an official receipt and proof for factory defects. If they fail to bring the requirements, they won’t be able to qualify for the one-week replacement period.

Inspected and approved device replacements handled by OPPO service center representatives from February 20 until March 20 are also covered by the extension. Customers would need to present the issued inspection order. Dealers affected could return the devices to OPPO’s headquarters on May 20, 2020.
