Razer announces Raptor gaming monitor

At CES 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada, Razer CEO, Min-Liang Tan, announced their first ever gaming monitor, the Razer Raptor.

It features a 27-inch 16:9 WQHD display with 144Hz refresh rate, 4ms response rate, support for HDR, AMD Radeon Freesync, Height adjustable stand, and Razer Chrome LED strips. It also comes with four gaming modes namely FPS, Racing, MMO, and Streaming.

  • 27-inch 16:9 WQHD IPS display @ 2560 x 1440px, 144Hz, 178-degree, 4ms w/ Overdrive, 1ms w/ Motion Blur reduction
  • 1000:1 contrast ratio, 420 nits, 95% DCI-P3

  • AMD Radeon Freesync
  • FPS / Racing / MMO / Streaming modes
  • Height adjustable stand w/ 90-degree tilt for easy port access
  • 1 x HDMI 2.0
  • 1 x DP 1.4
  • 1 x USB-C (supports DP1.4)
  • 2 x USB 3.0 Pass Throughs
  • Dimensions w/ Stand:  613.4 mm x 388.4 mm – 488.4 mm x 189.4 mm

The Razer Raptor is priced at USD 699.99 (~PHP 36,766) and is scheduled to be available in the US and Canada this year.
