Redmi has announced the beefier version of the Redmi Note 7, aptly called the Redmi Note 7 Pro, in India.
The new phone from the Xiaomi sub-brand offers the same gradient-aura looking, dot notch design and display from the earlier-released Redmi Note 7 with some internal hardware to boot. Significant upgrades include using a newer Qualcomm Snapdragon chip, a better 48-megapixel Sony camera module at the back, and an option for a more significant 128GB internal storage.
The Redmi Note 7 Pro comes in two variants as it arrives in Indian shores — 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage and 6GB RAM, 128GB internal storage variant — that will go on sale starting March 13th for INR 13,999PHP 9,690USD 165EUR 157CNY 1,202 (~PHP 10,210USD 174INR 14,749EUR 166CNY 1,267) and INR 16,999PHP 11,767USD 201EUR 191CNY 1,460 (~PHP 13,400USD 228INR 19,358EUR 217CNY 1,663), respectively.

Looking forward for a Philippine review of this phone. According to an indian reviewer, the MIUI shows lots of ads even at the lock screen. And I dont appreciate that Redmi lowered it from MIUI 10.2 (Redmi Note 7) to MIUI 9.0 (Redmi Note 7 Pro) considering that it was supposed to be an upgraded version. I hope those irritating ads will be removed “if” it lands here in the Philippines, hoping to buy one.
