AMD announces release date, specs for Threadripper and Ryzen 3

If you’re looking into building an entry-level PC, or maybe you’re an enthusiast who decided to skip Intel’s x299 platform, rejoice! AMD has announced that their Ryzen family of processors will be complete with the worldwide release of their highly awaited Threadripper processors sometime in early August, with the Ryzen 3 CPU’s on July 27.

AMD announced 2 SKU’s for both Ryzen 3 and Threadripper, but only the latter currently has pricing. The 1920X is priced at $799 (around Php40k), while the 1950x is priced at $999 (around Php50k).

While AMD still doesn’t have official pricing for Ryzen 3, a supposed distributor leaked via Reddit that the Ryzen 3 1200 and 1300X will be priced at $109 (Php5.5k) and $129 (Php6.5k).
