Yehey’s Payplus+ service has been inoperational for over a month now.
I have been trying to send payments online using their service since early December of last year but nada, nil, ziltch. A downtime of one day is bad enough but a whole month?
This is one reason why local e-commerce couldn’t take off in the Philippines. They might as well close shop.
