Filipino workers in Malaysia were able to renew their professional licenses without going home after the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) held its first Foreign Mobile Service (FMS) in the country on April 12, 2026. The program aimed to help Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) save time and money by bringing services closer to them. Instead of flying back to the Philippines, workers in Malaysia were able to renew their licenses and complete other requirements on-site.
