I was at the jam-packed SM Mall of Asia to test drive my Samsung WB150F camera when I walked into a Samsung event dubbed as “Samsung Galaxy Note Studio†that showcased the Galaxy Note’s awesome features.
The roadshow lured onlookers by placing two equally gifted artists at each side of the booth. They’ll make a caricature or a life-like sketch of anyone who has a spare time to sit in front of prying spectators using the Galaxy Note’s S-Note.
As the artist go to work using an S-Pen, bystanders were mesmerized by the artists’ skillful hands and the phone’s responsiveness which is shown in full HD on a Samsung Smart TV.
After a few minutes, the artist wirelessly sends the finished art to a capable printer and you can claim a hard copy of your drawing. Here are some sample output.
To brighten up the place, there’s also an on-site DJ playing and mixing songs for the crowd. His weapons of choice are a Galaxy Note with DJ Studio app linked to a laptop with Tractor software installed, a pair of monitors and a set of loudspeakers.
The event also featured the Galaxy Tab 7.7. While Mom and Dad were having their faces drawn, the kids lied down on a pair of beanbags while playing Angry Bird Space using the tablet which is hooked up on a Samsung Smart TV. Unfortunately however, when I passed by to take a picture, the tablet was drained to its core by countless hours of gameplay and was disconnected to the TV at that time.
Torn between being a humongous smart phone and miniature tablet, the Galaxy Note takes pride on being both, not only for its form factor but also its functionalities. This roadshows will definitely attract a lot of potential buyers by giving them a better understanding of how the phone works and its usage in our day to day activities. Not only that, Samsung also offers a discount of PhP 3,000.00USD 51INR 4,334EUR 49CNY 372 off of the PhP 33,000.00USD 562INR 47,672EUR 536CNY 4,095 SRP when you purchase the phone at the event. There are also some giveaways up for grabs if you participate on their survey.

I think samsung will going to be good in the future. I found it good when it comes to internet connections speed.

I have a sumsung galaxy tab and i has been using it for about half a year for business usage. But the speed is still slow for me. At times if i flip my screen either to horizonal or vertical, it does not happen. Seems like it is a software bug. I might be thinking of changing to a new tablet, not so sure if sumsung galaxy note will be a good choice for business usage.
Any advice?
