Amazon has introduced five new tablets today and one of them is a 6-inch slate that is powered by a quad-core CPU, Fire OS 4, and starts at just $99 - the Fire HD 6. It seems that Amazon has plans on ditching the Android on the Fire OS for a Linux-based one.
